Anchor Production:

The "Why" behind everything we do: Our vision is to create an atmosphere where people meet the Hope for their soul...the Person of Jesus Christ and the hope He offers for the situation they're in. Every role at Anchor helps to create an environment where People can meet and know Jesus.

Anchor Production Standards:

Dress code - Black or dark clothing

Arrival Time - 8:30am

Procedures/Objectives:

-To serve with Anchor Production you are required to go through Anchor Next. This allows us and you to see your passions, gifts, and to know where you would best serve.

-We exist to accompany the message of Hope that is spread at Anchor Chapel. We are not here to be a distraction, and everything within production should accent and add emphasis to the move already happening within Anchor.

-We think big picture, while also working on details. How does what you’re doing affect the overall vision?

-For training, we work off of a shadow basis. Anything that you have interest in learning, tell your team leader, and you can be scheduled to shadow in that area. Working together with your team leader and those you have shadowed, we will then assess when you are ready to serve alone.

-All production team members should arrive to 7602 Innovation Park Drive for Sunday Mornings by 8:30AM.
